Membership of the CELLA is open to university scholars and academic members from other institutions of higher learning as well as to graduate students and to other persons with appropriate scholarly interests in Cameroon and abroad.
The current Membership rates are:
- Regular Members: 25.000frs
- Postgraduates: 15.000frs
